The Outreach Console automation dashboard, listing completed pipeline runs with their client, status, and campaign steps

Finding good leads is mostly boring work. Someone searches, copies details into a spreadsheet, guesses at an email address, and hopes it isn’t a dead end. This platform does that entire loop on its own.

Setting up a new client takes a few minutes. You enter the basics in the dashboard — who they want to reach, where, and what kind of business — and the system fills in the rest of the client’s details itself instead of asking anyone to configure every field by hand. From then on it just runs, scraping matching businesses at high volume and narrowing them down to the exact territory and industry that client cares about. What lands in the pipeline is already a fit.

It also goes after the right person rather than settling for a generic info@ inbox. Contact details come from each business’s own online presence, and a ChatGPT integration reads through what turns up the way a researcher would — separating the useful from the noise, just faster and without getting tired. Every address then goes through email verification, so dead or risky ones never make it into a campaign. Fewer bounces, a healthier sender reputation, more actual replies.

The whole thing keeps working when nobody’s watching. Scheduled jobs move leads through the pipeline around the clock, each step hands off to the next, and anything tricky gets retried instead of quietly disappearing. Every client has their own rules, so one can be paused or retuned without disturbing anyone else.

Nothing is hidden while it happens. The dashboard shows where each run stands and where something is stuck, Slack notifications ping the team at the moments that actually matter, and every run ends with real numbers on how much of the target list became contactable leads.

It meets people in the tools they already use, too. Finished lists land straight in Google Drive and Google Sheets, ready to open — and lists can be pulled back in from Sheets the same way. And since the system speaks MCP, an assistant like Claude can be pointed right at it — add a client, check on a run, pull the numbers — just by asking, no dashboard clicking required.

Under the hood, high-volume scraping discovers businesses in bulk and filters them to the client’s exact territory and industry, a ChatGPT integration reads and categorizes the messy contact data that comes back, and multi-layer email verification drops invalid and risky addresses before anything is sent. Scheduled jobs keep the pipeline moving around the clock with retries instead of silent failures, a user-friendly dashboard shows live run status and fills in client details automatically at onboarding, and Slack notifications cover the rest — runs finished, lists ready, anything needing attention. Google Drive and Sheets integration puts completed lists where the team already works, and an MCP interface lets Claude be pointed straight at the system to add clients, check runs, or pull analytics by chat.

From there, lists flow directly into outreach. Work that used to eat days of searching, cross-checking, and cleaning now happens quietly in the background, at a scale no one could match by hand.
